This website was created and is maintained by me. If you notice any issues with the site or you find any part of the site to be troublesome to use regarding ease of use, please drop me a quick message so I may fix the issue right away.
*CUSTOM ORDERS*
If you do not find something you like listed on my site, I am happy to curate a custom design & quote to fit your needs. If you have twins or triplets, I am happy to make accommodations for you. I will work with you on fabrics selections; curate the item you are seeking & guarantee a turnaround time for you to receive your item (s) in a timely manner. I will bill through PayPal the full amount of your order and will clearly lay out what is expected for the order and the guaranteed turnaround time.
Once an order has started (materials purchased), there can be no changes. Also, cancellations will require a 25% non-return amount to the buyer for my time & said materials. There is no guarantee the fabrics you choose for your order will be desirable to another person.
*SHIPPING*
All of my items are shipping using the USPS (United States Post Office), Pirate Ship or UPS when heavy or very large boxes are needed to ship. If your items are purchased Sunday night through Saturday before noon, I will do my utmost to deliver your package to the post office. On rare occasions, I may need an extra day due to my own life happenings. Generally speaking, within 12 to 24 hours, your package will go out. I will always notify you when your package has left and you will receive a picture of your package so you know what to expect. If you need me to hold your package for a short time for whatever reason, just let me know through Email me & let me know. Or, if you need your item gift wrapped, let me know and I'll be happy to do so.
*PRIVACY*
Your information shall never be shared, traded or sold without a client's written consent or through a subpoena from law enforcement. If you encounter online harassment, I encourage you to seek out your local law enforcement agency to make a report. I value my privacy when I am online & extend the same courtesy to those who purchase from me.
This site will not run ads at any time as most hacking or compromise happens with clickbait or stolen information on fly by sites. I want my customers to know they are using a clean site that is neither annoying nor forcing you to close ads the entire time you are here. If something is important to me, I will share a singular link and you can choose to ignore or follow. No pressure. I will always use a bright blue color for links so they will stand out to you. I will also use links in my blog if someone chooses to gather more information on any given topic.
*REFUND POLICY*
As a rule, I do NOT accept refunds due to the nature of my business being cloth or threads which can take on odors of smoke, smoked or cooked foods & animals. I am careful to describe my items using everyday items that are accessible to most of us in everyday life. When a color falls into a hue not widely use, I do my utmost to assure you or point you in the right direction to view the hue for yourself. If there is a flaw in my workmanship I am happy to fix or adjust as appropriate. Please read all descriptions thoroughly to avoid any issues. Color or content will not be sufficient for returns.
*SMOKE FREE, PET LOVING HOME*
My home & my in-home studio are smoke free, no exceptions. We are a pet loving home however my animals are not permitted to be where my supplies or completed items are stored. I take great care to after care each and every item I complete.
